Deal growing girls’ game

GOLD Coast Knights chief executive Adem Poric says attracting Valcon Homes as a major sponsor will help build the female program at feeder club Magic United.

“We’ve got a massive girls’ program down at Magic United, so the finances will go towards more extensive coaching there (and) help us to entice better players, even though we already have an amazing pool of talent,” he said.

Poric said the sponsorship would also keep junior fees down.
