‘I’ll find you and kill you like a dog’
A FORMER Hell’s Angels bikie who allegedly threatened to kill a woman in a phone call while she was at a police station has been refused bail.
The woman was inside the Southport police station when Ben “Notorious” Geppert allegedly called, saying: “I’ll find you and I’ll kill you, you dog.”
The call was recorded by police body cameras, the Supreme Court heard yesterday.
Geppert, 24, is charged with using a carriage service to menace and harass, obstructing police and three counts of possessing dangerous drugs.
His defence counsel Martin Longhurst said Geppert had a dispute with the woman but there was nothing to suggest he would have carried through with the threat.
Geppert was arrested after a search of a home he shares with Insta-famous girlfriend Allaina Jones, also known as Allaina Vader, on May 22. Jones, 27, was also arrested. Refusing bail, Justice Helen Bowskill said Geppert had a history of showing a complete disregard for court orders.
Justice Bowskill said there was an unacceptable risk Geppert would fail to appear in court, commit further offences or endanger the complainant’s safety, if granted bail.
Jones was granted bail.
