ADAM PUSHES LEO INTO HEALTHY LIFE
DAD Adam “Adsy” Gordon recently accomplished an extraordinary feat. Not only did he come 8th overall in the Gold Coast half marathon, but he did so while pushing his two-yearold son Leo in his pram.
The fitness fanatic and personal trainer had the idea to run with his son to spend more time with him and teach him the values of being fit and healthy.
“I kept him occupied with food, I made sure I packed plenty of snacks so he didn’t get bored,” he said.
“I trained with him two to three times a weeks to prepare us both, it was a fun bonding experience.
“I’m super proud of just being out there with him.”
Adam and Leo ran the 21km race in 81 minutes.
