STEALING — HELENSVALE

TWO people stole seven sunglasses between them in a daylight theft in Helensvale.

One person took five pairs of sunglasses before pushing past a store employee and leaving. A second person followed, snaring two pairs of sunglasses. The Arnette’s and Oakley sunglasses are worth at least $2000. None of the items were paid for.

Police are keen to speak to the man and woman pictured who could help with their investigat­ion. The man is described in his 20s to 30s, caucasian, about 185cm tall and with dark hair. He was wearing a black hoodie. The woman is about 185cm tall with dark red hair and was also wearing a black jumper. Photo reference: QP18008688­19

FRAUD, STEALING — BROADBEACH

FOUR people have taken appliances, food, personal and electrical items from a locked unit at a Broadbeach apartment complex. On November 21, the four people checked in after hours before gaining entry to a unit next door on the 12th floor. They took the stolen items to a lift in the undergroun­d carpark and left the complex.

A person had also fraudulent­ly booked the adjoining unit prior to the theft.

STEALING — SURFERS PARADISE

POLICE believe this woman who could help them with an investigat­ion into the theft of a pair of earrings.

She is described as being in her 20s, 166cm tall with a heavy build, dark thick hair in a ponytail, black glasses, dressed in an oversized denim jacket and jean patches with worn patches. She also wore a black T-shirt with write writing ‘Have Love’ and blue and black Nike shoes. Around 5.35pm in Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise, a woman left with a pair of $100 earrings she did not pay for.
