MATT Damon has done a reverse Greg Inglis and sided with the Blues.
The Bourne Identity star was spotted at Deadman’s Beach on North Stradbroke Island yesterday as he spent another day relaxing with family and friends.
Asked if he would pose with a Queensland jersey, the acclaimed actor said “I’m from New South Wales really”.
Inglis, born in Kempsey NSW, will captain the Maroons in next week’s State of Origin series opener in Melbourne.
A year ago, Aquaman star Jason Momoa took a break from filming on the Gold Coast to pitch his support to the Maroons and was snapped in Queensland colours in a private suite at Suncorp Stadium.
