JASON Roar takes out fish of the week this week for this nice Jew fish landed last week when the south-easterly wind was howling. Jew fishing when the wind is blowing is a great option as you fish the closer reefs and don’t have to get knocked about by the rough seas venturing too far offshore. Live baiting the blocks out from the seaway or the 18 and 24 fathom reefs is my tip and dusk and dawn are the best times to be there.
