CARRARA CENTRE TO GO TO AUCTION

A DEVELOPER is cutting ties with a local shopping centre in Carrara.

Firestar Developments purchased the Boonooroo Park Convenience Centre in 2015 for $3.85 million, and then constructed a new service station, which it leased to 7-Eleven.

Firestar Developments Director Tony Lenan said: “Having completed the refurbishment and construction of the service station, and all but fully leased the centre, we feel the time is now right to offer this vibrant centre to the market.” An auction will take place on June 19.
