KINGSCLIFF will be out for a breakthrou­gh result in the Gold Coast Women’s Premier League tonight.

Since losing 18-0 to Broadbeach 1 last month, the Wolves have improved drasticall­y but are still searching for their first goal of the season ahead of the 7.50pm home clash with Southport 2 at Walter Peate Reserve.

The Southport side, ranked third, will be out to bounce back from their 1-0 loss to leaders Coomera last weekend.

In the earlier match starting at 6.30pm, Palm Beach will host Robina 1 at Duncan McKenna Field.

In men’s action, winless Mudgeeraba take on sixthplace­d Coomera from 8.30pm at Sid Bigg Park.
