Fine for a ‘runny’ poo

A BRISBANE corporate executive snapped pooing outside an apartment complex during an early morning jog has been fined $378 and resigned from his aged-care job.

Andrew Douglas Macintosh, 64, was charged with public nuisance last month after being photographed in the act by a Greenslopes resident who complained of a serial “pooper” outside their apartment.

Macintosh was arrested when police confronted him at an address on Logan Rd on May 21. Greenslopes resident Steve Scott hid in the dark with his camera to catch him in the act after observing his unsightly deposits for a year.
