Prime land on market

AN 11ha parcel of land - approved for a 42-lot subdivision - has hit the market in Upper Coomera.

The 58-64 Kristins Lane property is being sold by Cossack Holdings Pty Ltd, linked to Geoffrey Paton.

Cossack purchased the two titles for $3.2 million between 2003-2004.

Marketing agent Byron Glen, of First National Commercial, said the parcel occupies a prime position across from a Storage King outlet under construction and near Coomera City Centre and Coomera Square.
