Toby eyes Liner win

IN-FORM Gold Coast sprinters Tyzone is chasing his first stakes win in the Listed Eye Liner at Ipswich on Saturday.

Tyzone is the early favourite with Ladbrokes and has firmed from $4.80 to $4.40 for the $175,000 race.

The Written Tycoon fouryear-old is shooting for three wins on end after scoring at the Coast and Doomben last month.

“He’s probably a little bit hard to line up where he fits in,” trainer Toby Edmonds said.

“He’s racing in good order. He’s drawn well and I think he’s looking for 1350m. It’s a nice type of race for him.”
