TOPGOLF TEES OFF

The Gold Coast Bulletin - - NEWS - AMANDA ROBBEMOND

GOLD Coasters have had their first swing at the Gold Coast’s latest attraction, Topgolf, which opened in Oxenford last night.

Around 800 people attended the event, which included a fireworks display to wow golfing fans.

“There was an overwhelming response to our launch party with around 800 guests enjoying the venue and experiencing the food, drinks and gameplay on offer,” Topgolf Australia CEO Kirk Edwards said.

“A highlight of the night was the amazing fireworks display which was a great way for us to officially open Australia’s first Topgolf venue.

“We can’t wait to welcome guests tomorrow to showcase the amazing venue and usher a new era of entertainment to the Gold Coast.”

The centre is the first of its kind in Australia and is touted as a driving range – but not as you know it.

There are seven different games on offer as well as a range of eating, drinking and entertainment options.
