UP TO HIS OLD TRICKS

A FELLOW who made tyre-kicking his forte 20 years or so ago, driving property agents with multi-million dollar listings to distraction, has re-surfaced and is up to his old tricks.

One of his latest outings, made via a phone call under an assumed name, has involved an $8 million beachfront property.

The ‘buyer’ said he wanted not only that property, but those on either side of it, but the agent twigged who he was and hung up on him.
