HIGH COST OF POOL PASS

A SWIM in the rooftop infinity pool at 89-floor beachfront Surfers Paradise tower Spirit won’t come cheap – a pool pass will cost well north of $2 million.

Only residents living on level 57 (where the lowest price is $2.55 million for a 155sq m twobedroom, two-bathroom apartment) or higher will have access to the pool.

The rooftop, one of three ‘recreation’ areas, will sitt above a $41 million penthouse.
