BUYER FOR NIFSAN LAND

A DEAL finally appears to have been done on a large Nifsan landholding fronting the Pacific Highway at Mudgeeraba.

Emerald Lakes developer Nifsan, founded by late Japanese businessman Toshiaki Ogasawara, has been trying to sell the 52ha property since 2015.

The land is the residue of 151ha bought in a distress sale in 1993, with the balance used for the Glenwood estate.
