Visit this working commercial olive grove to sample the good oil with free tastings. The trees, planted in 2002, have flourished in the foothills of Mount Barney. The olives are picked by hand and processed on-site, then placed into brine vats within hours of being plucked from the tree. Head to the hilltop Shed Cafe to tuck into rustic country food and warm up with a Merlo coffee. JULY 1 — 6

The Dennis family started bottling their own milk in 2013… farmgate fresh, pasteurised only, full cream milk, with the cream on top, of course. On the 4Real Milk tour you can see how the cows choose when to be milked, pat the calves and chat to the farmers. Bring an Esky and stock up on milk, cheese and yoghurt. Bookings are essential and the cost is $8 per person or $20 per family.
