IF you haven’t been to Rawthentic, run by the Raw Boys in the Tweed, it’s time to try as you make your way down to Norries Headland.

Specialisi­ng in plant-based wholefoods, the vegan eatery provides minimally processed food for breakfast, lunch and dessert.

Some samples of their colour- ful and healthy fare includes: summer rolls filled with marinated tempeh, raw nachoes, hemp seed burgers, Portobello mushroom wraps and a daily treats selection.

They also cater for other dietary requiremen­ts, just let them know when you order.

Open Tuesday to Friday at 11am to 3pm or 4pm.
