Millman form running hot

RESURGENT Queenslander John Millman has climbed to a provisional career-high ranking after surging into the Nature Valley International quarter-finals at Eastbourne.

Competing in his second ATP World Tour event of the season, Millman was due to meet Marco Cecchinato overnight for a place in the final four. The Brisbane player is one of six Aussie men safely into Wimbledon’s main draw along with Nick Kyrgios, Matt Ebden, James Duckworth, Jordan Thompson and Alex de Minaur.
