NSW leads with NDIS
NSW has become the first state to fully roll out the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Disability Services Minister Ray Williams said any eligible person in NSW could now join the scheme.
“This is a significant milestone for people with disability and their carers across the state,” Mr Williams said yesterday. “Every eligible NSW resident with a disability will receive an individual plan to suit their needs, empowering them to have choice and control over how they live.”
