Driver .294 after crash
A DRINK driver who was six times over the limit has crashed into two homes in suburban Adelaide.
Police say the Somerton Park man, 56, left the road and crashed his Saab into two unoccupied homes at Glengowrie about 10.30pm on Saturday.
The driver was treated at the scene for minor injuries and recorded a blood-alcohol reading of 0.294, nearly six times the legal limit, police said.
He was reported for drinkdriving and careless driving, and immediately lost his licence for 12 months.
