Regarding Australia Post comments. Same thing happens to me. I send birthday cards to my Grandchildren at least 8 days before their birthdays - some get there on time and some take up to 10 days. It's ridiculous. They only have to go from Hastings Point to suburbs in Brisbane. They need to get their act together.

Woolworths and Coles have to do what Aldi does. Let the customer pack their bags in store or take them to car and pack into bags or boxes. Rearrange their check-outs to allow customers to put their groceries straight into their trolleys. Works great at Aldi.
