The Gold Goast property services group has gathered an agile team capable of taking a project from its conception through to birth

AVANTI has added a third division as it evolves into a fully-fledged property services group based on the Gold Coast.

Avanti Project Marketing was established in 2015 by ex360 Project Marketing founding director Trent Milburn and ex-head of investment properties Chris Magick.

Earlier this year ex-CBRE Gold Coast head of agency and director Lachlan Harris and former CBRE associate director Mason Kidman launched Avanti Commercial – adding to the suite of services offered by the Avanti group.

Former Deloitte Real Estate senior director Dean Weintrop is the latest to join Avanti, establishing the Avanti Project & Development Management arm.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr Weintrop was a senior project manager at Hyder Consulting for more than four years. Mr Weintrop said his motivation for joining Avanti is to be a part of an agile and nimble company.

“We can adapt to the market, and bring in partnerships and collaborate, so it makes perfect sense joining these businesses together,” he said.

Mr Weintrop said his role would be to deliver industryleading consultancy services across the construction and property industries.

“At every stage in the life cycle of an asset we have the resources and experience to guide and add value to our clients,” he said.

“Our end goal is to provide an end-to-end solution that exceeds our clients’ expectations.”

One of his first clients is Broadbeach-based Lacey Group, which is active in the southern Gold Coast area.

Mr Milburn said Mr Weintrop is the missing piece of the puzzle for the Avanti group.

“What we didn’t have the ability to do before was to addon services most developers coming in and out of town desire,” he said.

“Now we can take a project from conception all the way to birth.”

Mr Milburn said Mr Harris and Mr Kidman are able to assist with marketing and acquiring development sites, while Mr Weintrop could take care of project development and management as well as planning and superintendent work.

“Then you have the sales and marketing side as well.

“What we didn’t want to do is create an agency. We wanted to create a property services business based on partnership. Everyone shares information. We can do, as much, or as little, as anyone desires.”

Mr Milburn said it has taken time to find the “right people” for Avanti’s three arms.

“Already we are finding that we have two to three clients who are using all our services,” he said. “There is massive demand.”

Mr Magick said Avanti Project Marketing is currently marketing 30 house-and-land projects across southeast Queensland.

Avanti is marketing Star Entertainment Group’s The Star Residences at Broadbeach.

Mr Milburn said the project is seeing strong sales.
