Guilty of nuisance

A GOLD Coast man has represented himself in court after pleading guilty to a public nuisance charge from May.

Justin Kieran Krivograd walked into the emergency room at the Gold Coast University Hospital and abused staff when they said he could not view his medical records, a court heard.

“Look, I do not agree with the facts of this matter overall,” Krivograd said when his name was called in the Southport Magistrates Court yesterday.

“But I plead guilty to the charge of public nuisance.”

Magistrate Kerrie O’Callaghan fined Krivograd $200.
