Measles warning
PASSENGERS on a flight from the Philippines to Brisbane this week have been urged to check their immunisation status after a child onboard was found to have measles.
The child was infectious on Phillipine Air Lines flight PRO221 from Manila to Brisbane International Airport on July 8, Queensland Health said yesterday.
He was also at the emergency department of Brisbane’s Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital two days later, between 2pm and 9.30pm.
