An incredible launch for the new Spirit high rise development was hosted at Palazzo Versace’s ballroom in a blaze of lights for the invited VIPs

REACH for the sky. At 89 storeys tall, mega high rise Spirit in Surfers Paradise is certainly going to be a standout. With a projected cost of $1.2 billion and situated on the old Iluka site, this latest addition to our bustling city is certainly going to be something to look up to. Of course with something this grand the launch needed to be equally as spectacular. The ballroom at Palazzo Versace was transformed into a humming light show designed to impress the VIP guests who came along to hear all about the 479 luxury residences.
