A PRIME industrial asset in Southport sold under the hammer yesterday for $1.826 million.

The 23 Olympic Circuit property was sold by entities associated with the Illich family, which between 2007 to 2016 paid a combined $1.974 million for the strata complex.

The four concrete tilt panel units are positioned on a 1844/sq m block and range in size from 124/sq m to 257/sq m.

They formerly housed software firm Newbook, led by Brad Illich.
