VACANT COMPLEX SOLD AT AUCTION
A PRIME industrial asset in Southport sold under the hammer yesterday for $1.826 million.
The 23 Olympic Circuit property was sold by entities associated with the Illich family, which between 2007 to 2016 paid a combined $1.974 million for the strata complex.
The four concrete tilt panel units are positioned on a 1844/sq m block and range in size from 124/sq m to 257/sq m.
They formerly housed software firm Newbook, led by Brad Illich.
Marketing agent Josh Wright, of Cushman & Wakefield, declined to comment.
