WORKSHOP PLANS AFTER PURCHASE

THE buyer of a storage yard in Yatala is planning to build a workshop and fabrication facility.

Reid Engineering & Earthmoving director Scott Reid has bought the 26 Union Circuit property for $1.03 million from Edenbridge Pty Ltd, linked to the Standen family.

Mr Reid said he wanted the land for a facility to cater for repairs and manufacturing of heavy machinery, to complement his machine shop, also in Yatala.

Marketing agent Paul Bates, direc- tor at Coldwell Banker Commercial, said Mr Reid will invest $2 million in his new facility.
