New South groundswell shows inconsistent rising sets. Building from 2 to 3ft across northern NSW south facing coasts with 4ft+ sets into the arvo. Grading

1 to 2ft exposed Qld breaks, rising 3ft sets later. WIND: Early light north, NNW inshore, NNE at 15 to 20 knots later.

FRIDAY

Fading south groundswell combined with a rising north wind swell. Sets ranging from 3 to 4ft at exposed northern NSW beaches, grading 1 to 3ft across exposed southern Qld beaches and tiny inside the points and bays before a rising north swell creates windblown peaks into the day.

WIND: Early NNW at 10 to 15 knots, freshening 20 to 25 knots NNE knots later.
