A MAN allegedly broke into a shopping complex in Mudgeeraba and stole a commercial scrubber worth up to $12,000.

The industrial floor-cleaning machine was being housed in the cleaning room at the Bell Place shopping mall on August 13 when it was stolen.

It was allegedly taken between the hours of 1am and 5am on the day.

A commercial blower machine worth $500 was also taken.

Police would like to speak to the person pictured as they may be able to help police with the investigat­ion.

Between 4pm September 8 and 9am on September 9, a phone repair kiosk in a shopping complex on Marine Parade was damaged. Coins were also taken.

The man pictured may be able to help police with the investigat­ion.

MORE than $300 was used during a shopping spree with an allegedly stolen credit card taken from a car.

At 5pm on August 30, a 2018 Mitsubishi Pajero was allegedly taken from Heron Street at Mermaid Beach.

It was later used in a petrol drive off at a service station at Miami at 6.20pm.

The male driver of the car was then seen allegedly using the stolen credit card to buy $170 worth of clothes from a number of different Broadbeach stores at 7.50pm and $160 worth of taxi fares from Broadbeach.
