Jodie finds new gears

A 50-YEAR-OLD superwoman from Palm Beach has set herself an exhausting schedule.

Jodie Ffewkes is no stranger to putting herself under the pump, which she is doing this week by competing in three sports; the fitness challenge, netball and futsal.

“I’ve been training at the CrossFit gym four to five times a week, as well as running and training for netball and soccer (futsal),” she said.

And there is no sign of her stopping anytime soon.

“This is my third time in the fitness challenge at the Pan Pacs but I have competed in netball and soccer (many times) in the past,” she said.
