DR CHRIS SELLS IN MIAMI FOR $11.25M

GOLD Coast medico Dr Christopher Lekich has offloaded a commercial property in Miami for $11.25 million.

Dr Lekich, who is the chief executive of Miami Day Hospital, paid $2.4 million through corporate vehicle Peepo Investments for the 2158-2160 Gold Coast Hwy property in 2011.

The 3349sq m site, on the corner of the Gold Coast Highway and Pacific Ave, consists of three buildings across two titles opposite the Miami High School.

Tenants include 9Round Miami, Future Nameplates and Automotive Excellence.

The buyer was Ram Medical Property Nominees, linked to Victorian investor Suzanne Hutchinson.
