A fundraisin­g cocktail party was held at The Star to help the injured and sick wildlife that are treated by the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital Foundation

PONDER this, the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital will treat more than 11,000 sick or injured native wildlife this year. That astonishin­g feat is done without charge and all with the eventual aim of releasing them back into the wild. To continue that good work requires money and to that end a fundraisin­g cocktail party was held poolside at The Star Gold Coast. Various donated auction items were put up for sale with the attendees digging deep to help the hospital continue the endless good work of treating the animals.
