BURLEIGH GARDENS PROPERTY SOLD

A FULLY-leased property in the tightly-held Burleigh Gardens precinct has sold at auction for $870,000 on a yield of 6.2 per cent.

A neighbouring property owner bought the 31 Ern Harley Dr property from Tirtza and Henry Malecki, who paid $285,000 for it in 1998. The property sits on a 1507sq m block. Tenants include The Currumbin Panel Shop. The property returns net annual passing income of $54,000.
