Taxi ‘used to supply drugs’
FOUR people have been charged after they allegedly used a taxi to supply cocaine across Sydney’s southwest.
Following months of investigations, police stopped a taxi in Roselands on Friday and arrested the driver, a 57-year-old man, after they found a substance believed to be cocaine.
Soon after police searched homes in Bankstown, Bass Hill, Campsie and Rhodes, and seized various items including cash. A 52-year-old woman and two men, aged 27 and 53, were also arrested.
It will be alleged the group supplied cocaine via a taxi.
