Coomera see funding light

COOMERA have received a $150,000 grant to upgrade the Viney Park lighting as part of Federal Government’s Community Sports Infrastructure Program.

The Colts are among 11 Football Queensland clubs to be granted funds as part of the program, which attracted more than 2000 applications .

Coomera president Alan McFarlane encouraged clubs to take the time to apply for funding.

“You’ve got to put the work in – the money is there,” McFarlane said.
