City’s NPL strife

A-LEAGUE aspirants Brisbane City are in turmoil following the resignation of club president Robert Cavallucci and the NPL team being stripped of six points and fined $2000 for failing to properly register a player.

City yesterday announced Cavallucci, a former Queensland MP and the mastermind of City’s A-League bid, had quit. The club failed to return calls from the Bulletin.
