allowed themselves to be dragged to centre-left – all over the world, for precisely that reason.

Knock-knock: is there anybody home inside ScoMo’s skull? Has he heard of Brexit? Has he noticed he hasn’t been shaking hands with a President Clinton?

As I wrote last year there was no way – no way – the Coalition government could win the 2019 election without getting One Nation preferences in Queensland.

There are at least six to eight seats in that state alone that will be lost without them and maybe as many as 10.

And it’s not as if the Government has got a majority so large that it can take such losses in its stride.

Or is travelling so well in other states that is can be confident of making them up there. Yeah, right: like in Victoria, where it could even lose the bluest of bluechip seats.

Morrison needed to start way back then building a case for One Nation being better than the Greens – a party whose policies if ever implemented would destroy Australia and hurt millions of people. And proffered with deliberate, malicious stupidity. everyone And NZ’s Pauline Hanson is her deputy PM!

This same darling of the downunder “fake media” was less than gracious when she narkily noted that John Howard took 12 days (in 1996) to reform gun laws, but she’d done it in 72 hours.

Of yeah? She has been PM for 18 months and what did she do in that time? And with a lot more evidence of the need for tougher gun laws, with all that’s happened in the world since 1996?

Was it because she had sold her – political – soul to stay in government; with NZ First also that country’s version of NSW’s Shooters and Fishers?
