Moses eyes huge task

-

PARRAMATTA coach Brad Arthur is backing his lightweight halfback Mitchell Moses to handle the heavyweight assignment of going one-on-one with Sydney Roosters’ powerhouse Latrell Mitchell tonight.

With star Roosters playmaker Cooper Cronk (hamstring) missing his second game in a row, coach Trent Robinson yesterday refused to name his exact line-up, opting to keep the opposition guessing.

But the Eels expect Robinson will stick with the side that ran out against the Sea Eagles last weekend, with Mitchell at five-eighth.

That would mean Moses will be standing opposite one of the NRL’s most destructive ball runners.

“If that’s the way they go, we have worked really hard on our systems in defence in the pre-season and it doesn’t matter who we are marking up on, as long as we work together,” Arthur said.
