It’s just a selection of jokes and bogus announceme­nts doing the rounds yesterday for April Fools’ Day.

Companies entering into the spirit included TraveLodge Hotels, Wild Life Sydney Zoo, Menulog and Deliveroo, which said it was removing all crust options due to anti-crust customer feedback.
