Item: a Shorten government will join the Greens in make closing our coal-fired power stations, while dramatically forcing the use of cars to plug into, presumably, wind turbines and solar panels.

Item: the Paris-based IEA, tasked with officially measuring, has announced global CO2 emissions rose by 560 million tonnes in 2018. That’s more than Australia’s total annual emissions. And they’d done the same in 2017.
