Clean up the beach, get free beer

FREE beer is being rewarded to those who take part in the clean-up of Coolangatta Beach today.

Beer manufacturer Corona will be supplying volunteers with as much free grog as they like after they help pick up rubbish from one of the Coast’s most popular beaches. Volunteers have been asked to meet out the front of Rainbow Bay Surf Club at 2pm.

After the clean-up, free Coronas, food and entertainment will be provided as a thank you.

A second event will be held at Byron Bay this Sunday at 2pm.

The Coolangatta and Bryon Bay clean-up are just two of 300 which have taken place in over 15 countries since Corona and Parley partnered in 2017 to reduce the amount of rubbish on beaches across the world.
