Erratic driver over the limit

A DRIVER allegedly seen swerving across the road at Brunswick Heads has been arrested.

At midnight on April 4, police pulled over a silver Nissan Pulsar after it was allegedly seen to be swerving across Tweed St.

The male driver underwent a breath test and allegedly produced a positive, high-range result.

The man was taken to Byron Bay Police Station for a second breath test before his licence was suspended. He will appear in Byron Bay Local Court on May 2.
