A WAREHOUSE in Yatala home to a motorcycle parts and accessories importer has sold for $5.2 million.
The 32 Business St property was sold by SSN Developments Pty Ltd, linked to Yoshihiro Sakane, which brought the asset for $4.841 million in 2014. The buyer is Sullivans Australia Pty Ltd, associated with Michael and Glenda Sullivan.
The property is leased to Link International, which recently signed a seven-year lease with two five-year options. Paul Bates of Corwells was marketing agent.
