COLLIERS BRINGS IN NEW BLOOD

COLLIERS has strengthened its hotels team, appointing a new director to focus on management and letting rights.

Former HTL Property director Grant Bailey will be based at the Colliers Gold Coast office and has been tasked with developing the management and letting rights business in Queensland and nationwide. “I am excited to be a part of an industryleading hotel platform and the broader Colliers business, and look forward to leveraging the wide network I have created in this space,” he said.
