The red carpet saw plenty of action as the glitz and glamour descended on the world premiere of Locusts at the Gold Coast Film Festival at HOTA

WORLD PREMIERE OF LOCUSTS GCFF HOTA, Bundall

LOTS of excitement at HOTA on Thursday night for the world premiere of suspenseful crime drama Locusts. Some of the stars of the show were on hand to ‘tread the red’ and pose for the press before the film was shown. Most eyes were turned towards giant South Sydney footballer George Burgess, (it’s hard to miss him), who has a small role in the film. Coincidentally the genesis of the film occurred at the GCFF a few years back when Angus Watts, who wrote and produced the film, met director Heath Davis for the first time. Coming soon to a cinema near you.
