Boy falls in mall attack

A BOY, 5, is fighting for his life after being thrown from a third-floor balcony at a shopping centre by a stranger.

Landen Hoffmann was left in a pool of blood after plunging to the ground at the Mall of America in Minnesota.

His frantic mother screamed: “Oh my God, my baby. Someone threw him over the edge.”

More than $526,000 has been donated to his distraught family on a GoFundMe page.

Emmanuel Deshawn Aranda, 24, was charged with attempted murder after being chased down by police. He was not known by the family.
