Clark gets softball gig

UPPER Coomera’s Emily Clark has won a spot in Queensland’s under-14 regional academy softball squad.

Clark was yesterday included in the girls squad after impressing at this month’s under-14 state championships on the Sunshine Coast.

The boys and girls squads will attend camps in May and October, after which the final teams will be named to compete at the Australian under-14 regional championships in January next year.
