STYLE ICONS: “I love everything about the 70s so model Jane Birkin will always be top of my list. Elle Ferguson is another from that era. I love her feminine, relaxed take on dressing which is great for the Gold Coast. For designers Alexander McQueen is a favourite primarily for his romantic spin on everything. Balmain is another: they create clothes with brilliant structure. My motto for life is ‘Simplicity is Key’ which applies to how I dress. I’m fuss-free, love to mix prints but I’m a big believer in classic pieces that stand the test of time. I still wear pieces from over 10 years ago.”
