FAR too many people have a bone to pick with their neighbours. Barking dogs are driving them mad, it seems. City officials say an increase in noise complaints mirrors an increase in dog ownership and people spending more time at work. It’s nice they want to care for a pet, but what Fido does while they’re away can tick the neighbours off. Owners must train their pets or ensure the animals are not bored during the day.
