Cops lock down on rego plates

POLICE will host two free sessions attaching one-way, antitheft screws on the Gold Coast in the coming weeks.

The event allows residents to have the antitheft screws attached to their car registration plates, making their theft much more difficult. On Saturday, a session will be held at Bunnings Arundel from 9am to midday.

On May 25, another session will be held at Bunnings Robina.
